Truly craft beer
German Kraft was born out of the desire to push the boundaries associated with 'Lager' as the English know it. Creating complex flavours within Germany’s 500 year old ‘Purity Law’, using only water, malt, hops & yeast to brew all our beer. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, without finings & additives.
Jim and Tonic
Staying true to their ethos, Jim and Tonic distils its gins in London using sustainable production methods to reduce waste water and heat energy. We make use of a system refilling bottles behind our bar to keep the production CO2 footprint to a minimum.
KRAFT Brixton in Brixton Village
Kraft is in Brixton. The team behind German Kraft Brewery have opened their fourth spot in London, Right in the heart of Brixton Village. The first spot not rocking its own brewery will be showcasing a selection of their special beers brewed in Elephant & Castle and Dalston brewpubs.
